The Mercure hotel in the new Suzhou town area is a newly opened Accor chain hotel. The building is impressive and the rooms are comfortable with reasonable rates. The staff are all very kind and helpful. The general manager, Mr. Louis Wang, went above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming stay. He even presented me with a French red wine, which was absolutely delightful. The hospitality at this hotel is top-notch.

I felt very secure and had no complaints during my stay. The hotel provided everything I needed, and I had a stress-free experience.

The hotel is located in the heart of the new town and near local attractions. They served a good breakfast and the room was spacious and comfortable.

The staff seemed to lack experience and attention to detail. They interrupted my stay late at night for an unresolved issue and failed to address other concerns I had during my stay.

Additionally, a staff member named George found a courier service for us and arranged for our heavy suitcases to be forwarded to our next destination. the service here was exceptional and made our stay stress-free.

Our Easter vacation was amazing! The hotel we stayed at had two fantastic amenities: an indoor pool and a fitness center. The location was also perfect, just a short walk away from a beautiful lake and lots of restaurants. But the best thing about our stay was the friendly and helpful staff. They made us feel so welcome and were always ready to offer suggestions for things to do and see around the area.

The only downside to this hotel was the lack of variety at breakfast. While the food was tasty, there weren't many options to choose from.
